These plans allow customers to address very narrow and specific needs (for instance, upgrading all machines to Windows 11, deploying a new firewall, software or equipment training, or implementing a company wide backup solution), without the cost associated with full time employees or an ongoing support contract.
Project based engagements begin when a customer expresses a specific need or issue requiring resolution. Stakeholders will be identified, and a meeting will be held to discuss the proposed project and determine scope. Once level of effort is calculated a proposal will be provided with estimated cost, project timeline, milestones, and any resource needs.
Based on project complexity and duration, stakeholder meetings will be held at agreed intervals to evaluate progress, discuss impediments, and review burn rates. For smaller projects, customers may choose to forgo meetings and opt for stakeholder status updates via email threads.
Project based engagements may leverage existing customer employees in IT support roles, or may rely entirely on Azure Industries, Inc. staff.
Customers with an existing support plan may leverage those hours to move project work forward.
